To ensure a smooth process, please follow these guidelines: If you receive a product that is damaged, please inform us on the same day you receive the parcel. Any damage claims made after this period will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
